There are two of these combination end caps/tool holders, one
for each end of the bed. The little openings towards the back of each were meant
to hold the nozzles for the new 6.5mm midgauge and also for the bulky 9mm machines
which were in the planning stage at that time. They were to share the end caps
as well as the main carriage assembly and handle so one wouldn't have to buy
three separate machines. Not a bad idea at all. The box is meant to hold the
transfer tools. One good thing about these end caps is that you don't have to
wonder, as we do with the ISM,...... hmmm, is there some way I could use those
ten empty needle slots...........:)
